Pansit Malabon: A Popular Fiesta Fare 

 

Interesting Bites: 

Even before the arrival of the Spaniards, Malabon has already been occupied by mostly Filipino- Chinese. The Chinese were the first to introduce noodles in our country. According to one of our interviewees, during festivities, Malabonian always prepare its Pansit with seafood varieties and duck eggs as toppings. This tradition popularized what we now call "Pansit Malabon." 
 

How it is Made: 

Our Pansit Malabon is made via mixture and extrusion of corn starch and rice flour in boiling water and drying it in a special drying machine to ensure its high-quality state prior cooking it at the comforts of your home.
